Our computational services combine data science, machine learning, and molecular modelling for protein and ligand design, sequencing analysis, and reproducible data workflows. We choose methods for the question at hand and, where possible, connect predictions to experimental testing. So far, we have applied these methods to topics including self-amplifying RNA, immunomodulators, HPV-related therapies, lignin-degrading enzymes, and carbon-dioxide sensing in plants.
