Ilona Faustova and Artemi Maljavin visited Indonesia at the end of March to promote the Science & Technology and Bioengineering study programmes and search for new talent and future high-quality specialists in synthetic biology and biotechnology – a field touted to revolutionize the world and lead society to a circular bioeconomy and minimal negative environmental impact. They conducted the information session at the international school in Jakarta and participated in education fairs in both Jakarta and Surabaya. Ilona Faustova presented study opportunities in Estonia. Hundreds of potential students visited the exhibitions in both cities. We hope to see them in Tartu!
